WHAT: Farm Day 2002 uses interactive teaching displays developed to instruct urban consumers, both youth and adult, with facts about agriculture. Included is information on cereal grains, peanuts, cotton, beef, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, natural resources and food safety. Teaching stations show how agriculture and farm and ranch production relates to everyday products. Students can learn about production, as well as see and touch farm commodities while learning about the products made from them.
